Salama has been passionately dedicated to sailing for 11 years. She began her journey in the Optimist class, gaining international experience in countries such as Italy, Morocco, Bahrain, and Turkey. As she progressed, she moved to the Laser 4.7 and later the Laser Radial, continuing to develop her skills and deep commitment to competitive sailing. Throughout her career, she represented her country in several major events, including achieving first place at the 2023 Special Olympics in Berlin and securing first place in the Girls Category in Morocco in 2019. Beyond competing, she discovered a passion for coaching, training young sailors and female athletes, and helping them grow in the sport she loves.
